Firstly you have to highlight the data then click on review on the menu bar and select ABC spelling the window should come up then click on change if you want the spelling to be changed, if you don't want the spelling to be changed then click on ignore.
When you want to increase the font size firstly you have to highlight the data then click home on the menu bar and select the font size.
